The 15 Best Customer Service Outsourcing Companies in 2026

Edvin Cernov·

The best customer service outsourcing companies in 2026 sort by the size of team they will take on. For fewer than 10 agents, Everhelp, Hugo, SupportYourApp and Influx accept small contracts. For 10 to 100 agents, Helpware, PartnerHero, SupportNinja, Peak Support, Simply Contact and Boldr run managed programs, mostly from the Philippines, Latin America and Eastern Europe. Above 100 agents, Teleperformance, Concentrix, Foundever, TTEC and TaskUs bring global scale.

Team size comes first because it's the first thing that knocks providers off a real shortlist. A five-person store and a 300-seat subscription business need different providers, and the providers that suit one rarely want the other. Everything below is on one table with the same columns for every provider, sourced and dated October 2026.

Customer support outsourcing companies compared

Fifteen managed providers, grouped by the team size each is built for. The voice rate is the BPO Cost Index mid rate for each provider's main delivery countries (Hugo's is its own published figure; for Ukraine and Argentina, which the index doesn't cover, the nearest Eastern European and Latin American rates). For the largest five it spans their offshore and onshore sites. The Glassdoor score is what the provider's own employees rate it, with the number of reviews in brackets.

Three things stand out from building it.

Employees and clients rate these companies very differently. On Clutch, where clients review providers, every small and mid-sized provider here scores between 4.1 and 5.0, and most sit at 4.8 or above. On Glassdoor, where the agents themselves review, the same providers spread from 3.1 to 4.8. PartnerHero is 4.9 with clients and 3.1 with its own staff; Boldr is 4.8 and 3.4. The agent score is the better early warning, because unhappy agents leave, and attrition is what quietly erodes a program a few months after launch.

Almost nobody publishes a price or a minimum. Hugo is the only one of the fifteen with an hourly rate on its site, and Everhelp the only one with a seat minimum.

Security claims vary more than the marketing suggests. Five of the ten small and mid-sized providers name SOC 2, ISO 27001 or PCI DSS on their own sites, Boldr shows badges with no detail, and three don't mention certifications at all.

How this list was built

The list covers managed customer service providers: companies that hire, train, supervise and quality-check the agents who answer your customers. Staffing agencies, recruiters that place a contractor and step away, and AI-only answering tools are left out, because they solve a different problem and can't be compared on the same columns.

Every row uses the same sources, checked in October 2026:

  • Where they deliver from: the provider's own site or locations page, then its Clutch profile and job listings, then its annual report for listed companies.
  • Likely rate: the BPO Cost Index mid rate for those countries (fully loaded tier-1 voice, May 2026 data). Treat it as an estimate for comparison.
  • Security: only what the provider states on its own site. Ask for the SOC 2 report or ISO certificate before you sign; a line on a website is a claim until you've seen the document. For the largest five, certifications vary by site and contract, so the table says so.
  • Glassdoor: the overall employee rating and review count on the provider's Glassdoor profile, checked October 2026. Client ratings from Clutch appear in each provider's section below.
  • Scale for the largest five: their latest annual reports and results releases.

No provider paid to be listed or saw this page before it went live. rethinkCX doesn't sell agent seats; we work as call center outsourcing consultants for the buyer, paid by the buyer.

Best for teams under 10 agents

Small teams need a provider that will take a handful of seats, launch quickly and not lock them into a long contract. The four below say so publicly. At this size you'll usually do more of the quality management yourself, since dedicated team leads and QA analysts tend to arrive at higher seat counts.

Everhelp

Best for: teams of one to ten that want a published minimum and a European delivery base.

Everhelp is the only provider here that publishes its minimums: one agent for talent-only, three for a dedicated team, six for a shared team, and three for its human-plus-AI tier, per its pricing page. It bills per agent or per ticket but shows no figures. The plan runs discovery in week one, sourcing in weeks two and three, and launch from week four. Founded in 2021 and headquartered in Warsaw, it reports 1,000+ agents and 30+ languages, and its Clutch profile shows 5.0 across 48 reviews. Employees rate it 4.6 on Glassdoor, though on only 14 reviews. Its delivery offices are in Poland, Ukraine and Portugal, which puts it nearer $24–25 an hour on the Cost Index than the Asian and African options.

The catch: the pricing page lists no security certifications. If you handle payments or health data, ask for them in writing.

Hugo

Best for: small teams that want the lowest published rate and are comfortable with African delivery.

Hugo quotes dedicated agents from about $11 an hour, the only hourly figure any provider on this list publishes. It's headquartered in Chicago and delivers mainly from African hubs (South Africa, Kenya and Nigeria among them, depending on the source), plus a US site in Springfield, Missouri. Its site states ISO/IEC 27001 certification and says a team can be assembled "in as little as 2 weeks." Clutch shows 5.0 across 28 reviews and a $1,000 minimum project. Hugo has no employee reviews on Glassdoor or Indeed yet, so ask to speak to team leads on your account during due diligence. The $11 figure sits right between the Cost Index mid rates for Kenya ($9) and South Africa ($13), so it's a believable number.

The catch: sources disagree on exactly which African countries Hugo staffs from. Confirm the country your team would sit in, since it decides your hours overlap and language mix.

SupportYourApp

Best for: software and fintech companies with a small team and payment data in scope.

SupportYourApp has been running since 2010 and focuses on tech companies. Its site lists ISO 27001:2022 and PCI DSS Level 1 and says it is GDPR-compliant, which is a stronger security story than most providers its size can show. Clutch puts it at 4.8 across 88 reviews, the deepest review base of any small or mid-sized provider here, with a $1,000 minimum project. Its launch roadmap reaches a live team in about a month.

Its own site only says agents are "located in different time zones," but its head office and most of its job listings are in Ukraine, with further offices in Buenos Aires and Belgrade. Employees rate it 4.5 on Glassdoor across about 1,000 reviews, one of the strongest agent scores here on a deep base.

The catch: confirm which country your team would sit in, since Ukraine and Argentina price and cover hours very differently.

Influx

Best for: startups that want month-to-month terms and round-the-clock coverage from day one.

Influx sells "month-to-month flexibility" with "no lock-ins," starting from single agents, and says onboarding starts within a week. It runs a remote team across 15+ countries on a follow-the-sun model, so 24/7 coverage doesn't need a big team. Clutch shows 4.1 across seven reviews, and employees rate it 3.3 on Glassdoor across 472 reviews, both at the low end of this list.

The catch: it lists no certifications on its site, and remote-only delivery means your security review should cover home-working controls as well as any office.

Best for 10 to 100 agents

At this size you're buying a managed program: team leads, QA, workforce planning and a reporting rhythm, on top of the agents. These six run that model, mostly from the Philippines, Latin America and Eastern Europe, which keeps a voice hour between about $12 and $17 on the Cost Index.

Helpware

Best for: mid-sized programs that need regulated-industry compliance and a mix of nearshore and offshore.

Helpware runs hubs in Mexico, Uganda, Ukraine, Georgia, the Philippines and the US, with on-demand spoke sites in Europe and the Caribbean, per its locations page. It states SOC 2 Type II, PCI DSS and HIPAA compliance. Founded in 2015 and headquartered in Lexington, Kentucky, it shows 4.8 across 47 reviews and a $5,000 minimum project on Clutch. Employees rate it 4.7 on Glassdoor across 1,200 reviews, the best agent score among the mid-sized providers. Mexico and the Philippines put its likely rate around $12–15 an hour.

The catch: its own materials and its Clutch profile disagree on how many locations it runs. Ask which site your team would sit in.

PartnerHero

Best for: tech companies that want outcome-based pricing and Central American delivery.

PartnerHero delivers from Honduras, the Philippines, Romania and the US, according to its Clutch profile, which shows 4.9 across six client reviews. Its employees are less positive: 3.1 on Glassdoor across 607 reviews, the lowest agent score on this list. It prices on outcomes and says a team can be running in under two weeks, inside a launch period of at least 60 days. The ownership changed in October 2024, when Crescendo acquired PartnerHero and folded it into an AI-plus-human offering.

The catch: references from before the acquisition describe a different company. Ask for clients who joined after 2024.

SupportNinja

Best for: larger mid-market programs that need a full compliance set from the Philippines.

SupportNinja is headquartered in Austin and delivers from three Philippine offices (Clark, Quezon City and Taguig) plus the US, per its own FAQ. Its site states SOC 2 Type 2, PCI DSS 4.0, HIPAA and GDPR compliance, the most complete list among the mid-sized providers. Employees rate it 3.5 on Glassdoor across 384 reviews. Philippine delivery puts it around $12 an hour on the Cost Index.

The catch: Clutch shows a $50,000 minimum project and a single review. It's built for programs that already have volume, and you'll need your own references.

Peak Support

Best for: programs that want remote-first delivery across Asia and Latin America under one contract.

Peak Support runs about 2,000 people across the US, the Philippines, Colombia, Eastern Europe and India, and was acquired by Ubiquity in September 2025. Clutch shows 4.9 across ten reviews and a $10,000 minimum project. Employees rate it 4.5 on Glassdoor across 502 reviews. Its delivery mix lands at about $12–14 an hour on the Cost Index.

The catch: integration into a larger group can change account teams and pricing. Get your rates and named team leads fixed in the contract.

Simply Contact

Best for: European brands that need many native languages from inside the EU.

Simply Contact delivers from Poland, Ukraine, Bulgaria, Romania, Moldova, Slovakia and the Czech Republic, and its site states ISO 27001 and PCI DSS Level 1. It offers pricing per resolved contact as well as per seat, and budgets four to six weeks of training before agents take live work. Clutch shows 4.8 across 27 reviews and a $1,000 minimum, and employees rate it 4.8 on Glassdoor across 32 reviews. Central and Eastern European delivery costs more than Asia, about $17–25 an hour on the Cost Index, and you're paying for EU data residency and native European languages.

The catch: no US or Asia-Pacific footprint, so it's a poor fit for North American hours.

Boldr

Best for: buyers who want an impact-focused provider with a spread of time zones.

Boldr is a Certified B Corp delivering from the Philippines, South Africa, Mexico, the US and Canada, with a team of 1,500+. Its site shows ISO 27001, PCI DSS and SOC Type II badges, though without detail. Clutch shows 4.8 across ten client reviews and a $1,000 minimum project, while its employees rate it 3.4 on Glassdoor across 183 reviews. Its Philippines, South Africa and Mexico sites put a voice hour at about $12–15.

The catch: the security claims are logos only. Ask for the actual reports.

The largest providers, for 100+ agents

Above 100 agents, scale, site choice and a full compliance set matter more than a launch in two weeks. All five below run dozens of sites and hold the usual enterprise certifications. None publishes a minimum or a rate, and your price depends entirely on which of their sites you're placed in.

Teleperformance

The largest customer experience outsourcer, with teams "spread in close to 100 countries" and 2025 revenue of about €10.2 billion, per its 2025 annual results. It covers every channel and language you're likely to need, and its employees rate it 4.4 on Glassdoor across more than 100,000 reviews, the highest of the five largest. The trade-off is that at this size a 100-seat client is small, so the account team you meet in the pitch matters less than the site leadership you're actually assigned.

Concentrix

About 455,000 staff in roughly 483 locations across 74 countries as of November 2025, per its fiscal 2025 annual report, after absorbing Webhelp. Strong where support overlaps with technology and analytics work. Employees rate it 3.9 on Glassdoor across about 58,000 reviews. Same caveat as Teleperformance: negotiate for named site leadership.

Foundever

The former Sitel group, headquartered in Luxembourg, states 130,000 associates in 45 delivery countries and 60+ languages on its own site. A strong choice for European multilingual programs at scale. Employees rate it 4.1 on Glassdoor across about 26,000 reviews.

TTEC

About 51,000 employees in 22 countries at the end of 2025, roughly half of them remote, per its fiscal 2025 annual report. About 48% of its workforce sits in Asia and 33% in North America, so it can run onshore and offshore teams under one contract. Its Glassdoor score is the lowest of the five largest, 3.2 across about 13,000 reviews, which makes attrition reporting worth writing into the contract.

TaskUs

About 60,400 people across 30 locations in 13 countries as of June 2025, with the US, the Philippines and India as its main markets, per its second-quarter 2025 results. Strongest with fast-growing tech and digital companies, and with trust-and-safety work alongside support. Employees rate it 4.0 on Glassdoor across about 20,000 reviews.

What does customer service outsourcing cost?

Where a provider delivers from sets the price more than which provider it is. The BPO Cost Index puts a fully loaded voice hour at these mid rates (May 2026):

Delivery countryVoice, per hour
Kenya$9
Philippines$12
Egypt$12
India$13
South Africa$13
Colombia$14
Mexico$15
Romania$17
Poland$25
United States$35

That's why two mid-sized providers can quote very different prices for what looks like the same service: one staffs your team in Manila, the other in Kraków. Chat and email usually price below voice, and nights, weekends and specialist skills price above it. Country-by-country detail is on the Philippines rates page and its siblings, and you can price your own volume before a vendor does it for you.

Providers sell the same hours in different units: per hour, per full-time agent, per ticket or per resolved contact. Turn every quote into one cost per resolved contact before you compare; our guide to per-seat and per-ticket pricing shows how.

What to check before you sign

The pattern I've seen buying outsourcing for consumer brands is consistent: the pitch is strong, the first month is fine, and the problems show up around month three to six, in places the sales deck never covered. Five checks catch most of them.

  1. Service levels for each queue. An 80/20 service level (80% of calls answered in 20 seconds) can be met on the monthly average while your hardest queue waits ten minutes. Write targets for each queue and measure the slowest calls too.
  2. Attrition you can see. Ask for monthly agent tenure and attrition on your account in the standard report. Teams that were strong at launch quietly turn over by month six, and you won't hear about it unless it's in the pack.
  3. Your data back, in a usable format. Transcripts, recordings and QA scores should come back to you if you leave. Put data portability in the contract while it's still a bidding point.
  4. Tooling on the price sheet. Licences, telephony, QA tools and reporting seats often arrive as change requests after signing. Ask for them in the original quote.
  5. A named owner on your side. Programs drift when nobody inside your company owns the relationship after go-live. Name that person before launch.

If I were running a partner search again, I'd ask for the SOC 2 report and the attrition numbers in the first meeting, before any demo. A provider that hesitates on either has told you what you need to know. For the full process from longlist to contract, see our guide to choosing between shortlisted vendors, and for keeping standards up once you're live, outsourcing without losing quality.

Frequently Asked Questions

What is the best customer service outsourcing company?
It depends on team size. For fewer than 10 agents, Everhelp, Hugo, SupportYourApp and Influx accept small teams. For 10 to 100 agents, Helpware, PartnerHero, Peak Support and Boldr run managed programs from lower-cost countries. Above 100 agents, Teleperformance, Concentrix, Foundever, TTEC and TaskUs bring global scale. Shortlist by the minimum a provider will take and where it delivers from, then compare quality.
How much does customer service outsourcing cost?
Fully loaded voice support runs about $12 an hour in the Philippines, $13 in India, $14 in Colombia, $15 in Mexico and $35 in the US, per the rethinkCX BPO Cost Index (May 2026 mid rates). Chat and email usually price lower than voice. Few providers publish rates; Hugo is one exception, quoting dedicated agents from about $11 an hour.
What is the largest customer service outsourcing company?
Teleperformance is the largest, operating in close to 100 countries with 2025 revenue of about €10.2 billion. Concentrix is second by most measures, with about 455,000 staff across 74 countries in its fiscal 2025 annual report. Foundever, TaskUs and TTEC follow at 50,000 to 130,000 people each.
Which customer service outsourcing companies do employees rate highest?
On Glassdoor in October 2026, Simply Contact (4.8), Helpware (4.7), Everhelp (4.6), SupportYourApp (4.5) and Peak Support (4.5) scored highest among small and mid-sized providers, and Teleperformance (4.4) led the largest five. PartnerHero (3.1), TTEC (3.2) and Influx (3.3) scored lowest. Agent ratings matter because unhappy agents leave, and attrition erodes service quality.
How fast can an outsourced customer service team go live?
Smaller providers quote one to four weeks. Influx says onboarding starts in about a week, Hugo says a team can be assembled in as little as two weeks, and Everhelp plans launch from week four. Larger programs with custom training take longer: Simply Contact budgets four to six weeks of training before agents take live work.
Can a small business outsource customer service?
Yes. Several providers take teams of one to five agents. Everhelp publishes minimums of one agent for talent-only, three for a dedicated team and six for a shared team. Influx offers month-to-month contracts from a single agent. Expect to manage more of the quality work yourself at that size, since dedicated QA and team leads usually start at larger seat counts.
Should I outsource onshore, nearshore or offshore?
Offshore (Philippines, India, Africa) is cheapest at roughly $9 to $13 an hour for voice. Nearshore (Mexico, Colombia, Central America) costs a little more, about $14 to $15, and gives US time-zone overlap and Spanish. Onshore US runs about $35. Pick by the complexity and risk of your contacts first, then by price.
